Body’s daily routine is based on the biological clock
3 to 5 in the morning: At this time, life force is especially in the lungs. Drink some lukewarm water take a walk in the open air and do pranayam. Deep breathing at this time develops the efficiency of the lungs. The body becomes healthy and energetic due to the availability of pure air (oxygen) and negative ions in large quantities. People who wake up in Brahma Muhurta are intelligent and enthusiastic, and the lives of those who sleep become dull.
5 to 7 in the morning: At this time, life force is especially in the intestines. Defecation and bathing should be done between morning awakening and 7 in the morning. For those who defecate after 7 in the morning, their intestines absorb the discarded liquid part from the stool and dry the stool. This causes constipation and many other diseases.
7 to 9 in the morning: At this time, life force is especially in the stomach. This time is suitable for food. During this time, more digestive juices are produced. Drink lukewarm water (according to convenience) in between meals.
11 to 1 in the morning: During this time, the life force is especially in the heart.
Our culture prescribes taking Madhyan Sandhya (rest) around 12 in the afternoon. Therefore, eating is prohibited. During this time, liquids can be taken. For example, you can drink buttermilk. You can eat curd.
1 to 3 in the afternoon: During this time, the life force is especially in the small intestine. Its function is to absorb the nutrients obtained from the food and push the waste material toward the large intestine. After meals, water should be drunk according to thirst. Eating or sleeping during this time creates a hindrance in the absorption of nutritious food juices and the body becomes sick and weak.
3 to 5 in the afternoon: During this time, the life force is especially in the urinary bladder. Drinking water 2-4 hours before causes the tendency to urinate at this time.
5 to 7 p.m.: At this time, the life force is especially in the kidneys. Light food should be taken at this time. It would be best to eat food 40 minutes before sunset. Do not eat food from 10 minutes before sunset to 10 minutes after (evening). Milk can be drunk three hours after dinner in the evening. It is an experience that eating food late at night brings laziness.
7 to 9 p.m.: At this time, the life force is especially in the brain. At this time, the brain is especially active. Therefore, apart from the morning, the lesson read during this time is remembered quickly. This has also been confirmed by modern research.
9 to 11 p.m.: At this time, the life force is especially in the spinal cord located in the spine. Resting on the back or on the left side at this time helps the spinal cord in absorbing the energy it receives. Sleep at this time provides maximum relaxation. Waking up at this time makes the body and mind tired. If food is eaten at this time, it remains in the stomach till morning, does not get digested, and due to its rotting, harmful substances are produced which go to the intestines along with acid and cause diseases. Therefore, eating food at this time is dangerous.
11 pm to 1 pm: At this time the life force is especially in the gall bladder. Waking up at this time causes bile disorder, insomnia, and eye disease, and brings old age early. New cells are formed at this time.
1 pm to 3 pm: At this time the life force is especially in the liver. It is the liver’s job to do subtle digestion of food. Waking up at this time spoils the liver and the digestive system. If one remains awake at this time, the body starts getting under the influence of sleep, vision becomes dim and the body’s reactions become slow. Therefore, road accidents are more at this time.
Note:- Sages and Ayurveda experts have prohibited eating without feeling hungry. Therefore, keep the quantity of food in the morning and evening such that you feel hungry at the meal time mentioned above. Spread something on the ground and sit in Sukhasana and eat. In this posture, the Mooladhar Chakra gets activated and the gastric fire remains lit. Eating while sitting on a chair weakens the digestive power and it becomes completely useless if you eat while standing. Therefore, one should avoid ‘buffet dinner’.
To take advantage of the magnetic field of the earth, sleep with your head facing east or south, otherwise, problems like insomnia occur.
To keep the body’s biological clock running properly, sleep with the lights off at night. Research done in this regard is shocking. Working or studying till late at night and sleeping with the lights on deactivates the biological clock and causes severe health-related damage. Sleeping in the dark makes this biological clock work properly.
The reason for most of the diseases found these days is a disorganized daily routine and improper diet. If we maintain our daily routine according to the biological clock of the body, then we will automatically get the benefit of the activity of various parts of the body. In this way, a little awareness will help us achieve a healthy life.
May everyone be happy and healthy!!
